Returns Policy

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind. 
However, in the unlikely event your item is damaged during transit, a store credit for the total value of the purchase, will be offered.  To be eligible for a store credit in this instance, photos of the damaged item(s) must be emailed to f r a n k i e + INÉS at hello@frankieandines.com within 7 days of receiving your order and your item(s) returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order (or returned to us within 21 days, for international customers). 
Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and must be returned in the original packaging, including the box.
Return postage is to be paid for by the customer and f r a n k i e + INÉS will not incur the charges for returns postage costs or any items lost in transit. We suggest any items being return to us be sent with registered tracking. f r a n k i e + INÉS will not be held responsible for any customs/tax/duties charged. Any fees of this nature will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will email you your store credit. You will not be charged postage for any purchases made with your store credit, in this instance. 
f r a n k i e + INÉS reserve the right to refuse to provide a store credit, should the item(s) not meet the requirements stated in this policy.
